Mechanism of Action-

Megaldearte used in the treatment of gastric & duodenal ulcers, esophagitis from gastro esophageal reflux. It is used to treat heartburn, sour stomach, acid indigestion, hypophosphatemia & magnesium deficiency.

An antiflatalent that changes surface tension of gas bubbles allowing easier elimation of gas.

Oxetacaine inhibits gastric acid secretion by suppressing gastrin secretion.

Used as antacid, antiulcer ants to treat acidity, heart burn, gas & stomach ulcers.
