Odynix-SP Tablet

Mechanism of Action-

Aceclofenac directly blocks PGE 2 secretion at the site of inflammation by inhibiting IL-Beta & TNF and COX enzyme in the inflammatory cells (Intracellular Action).

Paracetamol produces analgesia by elevation of the pain threshold and antipyresis through action on the hypothalamic heat-regulating center.

Serratiopeptidase hydrolyses bradykinin, histamine and serotonin, and reduces dilatation of blood capillaries and controls permeability. Serratiopeptidase blocks plasmin inhibitors thus helping the fibrinolytic activity of plasmin and helps clearance of exudates, reduces swelling and improves microcirculation.

INDICATIONS

Odynix -SP Tablets are indicated for relieving inflammation and edema associated with conditions such as musculoskeletal disorders (sprains, strains, tendonitis, bursitis, lumbago), trauma, infection, respiratory-tract congestion etc.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Oral: Adults: 1 tablet to be taken 2 times daily, or as prescribed.
